In our restaurant, WÄRDSHUSET HYTTAN, sit down with a cup of coffee or enjoy our delicious home cooking in pleasant, relaxed surroundings. You can watch the work going on in the glasshouse from some of our tables.
One old, fine tradition is the preparation of salt herring in the annealing furnace, HYTTSILL in Swedish. This hyttsill is prepared and eaten in the warmth of the glasshouse, where people sit at long tables and enjoy live music as they eat. A meal to remember always! Please book in advance for this popular event.
