Annette Krahner

Annette Krahner started her designer career at Målerås Glasbruk already in the nineteen-sixties, immediately after having obtained her degree at the College of Arts. She has been living in the Kingdom of Crystal for nearly 40 years and has worked as a designer at e.g. Royal Krona, Orrefors, Kosta Boda and Skruf. Her distinguishing features are imaginativeness and colour, simplicity and elegance.

Annette Krahner has now come back as a designer at Målerås and a selection of her stylistically pure products are represented in a new venture of MATS JONASSON MÅLERÅS called SPIRIT. In 2006 she applied for and obtained a patent for a melted mass being adapted to the line of funeral directors. The unique material was developed further together with MATS JONASSON MÅLERÅS, nowadays the owner of the patent.
